Are your products genuine?
Yes. Every product is 100% genuine, bought straight from stores in Korea. That's why they're the Korean versions, and why some labels aren't in English.
Why doesn't it come in the original box?
We bring these over from Korea without their retail boxes. That cuts shipping weight and cost, and it's a big part of how we keep prices low. Each order ships in our own padded envelope. The product itself is the same.

Ships within 3 business days. Flat $5.99. Free shipping on orders $35+. Free local delivery in Fresno & Clovis, hand-delivered same or next day.

When do I pay?
Every sale is prepaid through Stripe Checkout. Tax is calculated before you pay.
Returns?
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. If something's wrong with your order (damaged in delivery, wrong, missing or leaking item), email support@seoulmist.com within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right. This doesn't affect any rights you have under applicable law.
