Seoul Mist is a store brand of Yooni Labs LLC. Orders are paid through Stripe Checkout.

Shipping

  • Where we ship: US addresses only. We don't ship internationally.
  • Where it ships from: Fresno, California.
  • Cost: $5.99 flat per order. Free shipping on orders $35+ before tax. Each product has the per-order limit shown on its product page. Stripe Tax is added at checkout and is not part of the $35 threshold.
  • When it ships: within 3 business days of payment (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). We email you tracking when it ships.
  • How it ships: by a US carrier with tracking. Transit time is up to the carrier.

Free local delivery in Fresno & Clovis

Free local delivery in Fresno & Clovis, hand-delivered same or next day, is $0. We still collect a shipping address, and Stripe Tax uses that address. A phone number helps us reach you. If we can't hand-deliver, email support@seoulmist.com. If we issue a refund, Stripe sends it to your original payment method.

If your order is delayed

If we can't ship within that time, we'll email you before it runs out with a new ship date and the option to cancel. If you don't reply and the new date is no more than 30 days after the original one, we'll treat that as your OK to wait. If we can't give a date, or the delay is longer, we'll cancel unless you tell us you'd like to wait. You can cancel any order that hasn't shipped or been handed off for local delivery by emailing us. If we issue a refund, Stripe sends it to your original payment method.

Damaged, wrong, or lost

If your package arrives damaged, you get the wrong item, something is missing, or an item is damaged or leaking, see Returns below.

Returns

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. If something's wrong with your order (damaged in delivery, wrong, missing or leaking item), email support@seoulmist.com within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

This doesn't affect any rights you have under applicable law.
