These terms apply when you use this website (the "site") or buy from Seoul Mist. Seoul Mist is a store brand of Yooni Labs LLC, a California limited liability company ("Seoul Mist", "we", "us"). Please read them with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns policy, which are part of these terms. By placing an order, you agree to them.

About us

Seoul Mist is a small, independent US shop. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Round Lab. Round Lab and its product names are trademarks of their owner. We use them only to identify the genuine product we resell. The seller is Yooni Labs LLC. The shop ships from Fresno, California, and offers free local delivery in Fresno & Clovis, hand-delivered same or next day.

The product

  • The label may be in Korean. Products are the Korean-market versions and may differ from versions sold in the US, including in formula and labeling. The full ingredient list is in the Ingredients section of each product page.
  • Follow the directions on the label and the product page. It's for external use only. Patch test on a small area of skin first, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies. Stop using it if irritation occurs, and see a doctor if it continues.
  • Product information on the site is general information, not medical advice. We don't claim the product treats, cures, or prevents any condition, or that it changes skin tone or smooths lines, whatever the Korean packaging says.
  • Photos are of the actual product. Packaging may vary slightly by batch.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 to order. We ship only to US addresses. Free local delivery in Fresno & Clovis is hand-delivered same or next day and still uses a shipping address. We sell for personal use, not for resale, with the per-order limits shown on each product page.

Prices, orders, and payment

  • Prices are in US dollars. Item prices are the prices on each product page. Shipping is $5.99, or $0 when the merchandise subtotal is $35 or more. Free local delivery in Fresno & Clovis, hand-delivered same or next day, is $0. Sales tax is added by Stripe Tax and shown before you pay.
  • Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it, or when we hand it off for local delivery. Until then, we may decline or cancel an order, for example if we're out of stock, a price or description was wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we issue a refund, Stripe sends it to your original payment method.
  • If we find an error in a price or description after you order, we'll tell you and let you choose whether to go ahead at the correct price or cancel. If we issue a refund, Stripe sends it to your original payment method.
  • Payment is processed by Stripe. You pay on Stripe Checkout. We don't receive your full card number. Stripe emails your receipt. Phone is optional on shipped orders. Local delivery asks for a phone number so we can reach you.

Free extras

Some orders include a free extra, such as a sheet mask. Free extras have no cash value, may vary, and are offered while supplies last.

Shipping and returns

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. If something's wrong with your order (damaged in delivery, wrong, missing or leaking item), email support@seoulmist.com within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right. This doesn't affect any rights you have under applicable law. Our Shipping & Returns policy explains shipping costs and times, local delivery in Fresno & Clovis, and delays.

Using the site

You may use the site to browse and shop for yourself. Don't misuse it: no attacking or overloading it, bulk scraping, trying to reach non-public areas, or using it for anything unlawful. The site's design, text, and photos belong to us or our licensors, and you may not copy them for commercial use without our permission.

Warranties

We promise that the product we sell is genuine, unopened when shipped or hand-delivered, and as described on the product page. We work to keep the site accurate, but it is provided "as is" and may contain errors. Nothing in these terms limits warranties or other rights the law gives you as a consumer that cannot be waived, including under California law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. This doesn't limit liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, such as for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, please email support@seoulmist.com first. Most problems can be fixed quickly.

These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute we can't resolve informally will be decided by the state or federal courts located in Fresno County, California, except that either of us may use small claims court if the claim qualifies.

Changes and other terms

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.

Under California Civil Code section 1789.3: the provider of this site is Yooni Labs LLC (California), doing business as Seoul Mist, support@seoulmist.com. Using the site is free. You pay only for products you order, plus the shipping and tax shown before you pay. To resolve a complaint, contact us first. You may also contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by phone at (800) 952-5210.
